	August 9th Event: - We are looking for 200 Straight or Bisexual men to attend this event
	August 14th Event: - We are looking for 100 Gay or Bisexual men to attend this event
	August 29th Event: - We are looking for 100 Straight or Bisexual men to attend this event

Please Download the above release form and print it out and fill in the details required - when attending one of the above events please also bring some photo id such as a drivers license along with the model release form.
